  Take immediate exit towards Chieveley services

  At second roundabout turn right
  At third roundabout turn left
  Follow road for approx 1 mile
  Turn right into Arlington Lane
  Follow lane to the end ( approx 3/4 mile)
  Turn right at T Junction
  Maple Ash is almost immediately on your left by red and white pole
  Fork right on drive.
